Notices of Filing of Labor Condition Application

In accordance with 20 CFR § 655.734: Kennesaw State University (KSU) is providing notice that H-1B workers are being sought for the occupations and worksites below. All notices of filing below shall remain publicly posted online for a minimum of ten (10) consecutive calendar days.                      

A copy of the filed Labor Condition Application (LCA) and the required supporting documentation are contained in public access files, which are available for public inspection within one working day after the date on which the LCA is filed with the Department of Labor. The files are available at the address below.

Kennesaw State University has filed a Labor Condition Application (“LCA”) seeking employment of one H-1B nonimmigrant.  This Notice is filed with regard to a 090 three-digit occupational group code.  Specifically, the posting notice is filed with regard to the position of Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Security, and offering a wage of $135,000.00 per year.
