Report Discrimination

This form is intended to help the University respond to an incident(s) of discrimination and assess the danger the incident represents to the community at large. All efforts are made to maintain confidentiality if requested.

If you are unable for any reason to complete this form or would like to submit it using a different method, contact the Director of Institutional Equity/Title IX Coordinator at 470.578.6057 or eeo@kennesaw.edu

If there is an immediate threat or perceived ongoing threat, immediately call KSU Public Safety (470.578.6666), the local police, or 911.

If you believe you observed or have been the subject of a Title IX/Sexual Misconduct violation, please complete the Title IX Incident Report form.
