Bootcamp - OwlFit Group Fitness
Bootcamp is an interval training workout, using moderate-high intensity exercises that help you develop physical and mental stamina. Bootcamp will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, total body strength, and core endurance.HIIT - OwlFit Group Fitness
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a combination of athletic based strength and cardio movements in a circuit training format. This full body workout will incorporate a variety of equipment and activities to achieve all-around fitness.Power Pilates - OwlFit Group Fitness
Power Pilates is a full body conditioning program that blends cardio, strength training, Pilates, and stretching to maximize results.
