Welcome to the Department of Educational Leadership in the Bagwell College of Education, Kennesaw State University! We offer a variety of unique and exciting programs, certificates, and endorsements for educational leaders and those in higher education.

As chair of this dynamic department, I am honored to lead a team of dedicated faculty and staff who are deeply committed to preparing the next generation of educational leaders. Our programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of schools and districts across Georgia and beyond, offering rigorous, relevant, and responsive instruction that empowers educators to lead with vision, integrity, and impact.

Educational Leadership Faculty have strong leadership backgrounds and bring multiple levels of expertise to the classroom. We emphasize authentic learning experiences, community
engagement, and leadership practices that promote equity and excellence in education.

As part of the Bagwell College of Education, EDL students have access to numerous resources, including the AVATAR Lab, Innovation Lab, Interactive Research Methods Lab, Teacher
Resource and Activities Corner, and the Universal Design for Learning Lab.
