The Coles Graduate Connections: Professional and Networking Leadership Series (PNL) brings together distinguished students from all the Coles College of Business graduate programs for an interactive session to showcase successful alumni and local business leaders.

Damla Meral, Vice President Account Operations at Rubicon and KSU WebMBA alumnus will be our speaker discussing Operational Excellence & Personal Resilience: The Leadership Journey. 

Damla Meral serves as Vice President of Operations at Rubicon, where she leads account operations and complex operational initiatives. A proud two-time graduate of Kennesaw State University, she credits the MBA program with strengthening her confidence during pivotal moments in her career.
Over the past decade, Damla has grown from an individual contributor into an executive leader — navigating uncertainty, organizational change, and high-pressure decisions along the way. She believes leadership is built not just through success, but through difficult conversations, resilience during setbacks, and the courage to step forward before feeling fully ready.

Balancing executive leadership with family life, Damla is passionate about helping emerging leaders understand that growth rarely feels comfortable — and that sometimes the most important career moves begin with simply deciding to “do it anyway.”
