MPA Graduate Natalie Jimenez to Begin Ph.D. at Mississippi State

The School of Government and International Affairs is proud to celebrate recent Master of Public Administration (MPA) graduate Natalie Jimenez, who will begin her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration at Mississippi State University this August.

Natalie has been a standout member of the MPA program, bringing dedication, curiosity, and leadership to every opportunity. She was named the MPA program’s Outstanding Scholar for 2025, a recognition of her academic excellence and contributions to the program.

During her time at Kennesaw State, Natalie served as a graduate research assistant, participated in a study abroad experience in Switzerland, and was an active member of the Public Administration Student Association. She was also a member of the 2024 GALEO Institute for Leadership Cohort. 

A Double Owl, Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from KSU and is also a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), demonstrating her strong commitment to service and community impact.

We are excited to follow Natalie’s next chapter and are confident she will continue to make meaningful contributions to the field of public policy and administration.
