Doll, who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Master of Public Administration from KSU, now serves as Vice President of Regional Operations at the United Way of Greater Atlanta. In this role, she oversees the strategic direction of the organization’s 13-county footprint, focusing on child well-being, community partnerships, and regional impact.
Reflecting on her MPA journey, Doll shared with humor and honesty, “Public budgeting, hated it, but it is absolutely essential.” She highlighted how real-world skills, adaptability, and strong leadership are vital for creating lasting impact in public service.
Calling the event an opportunity to give back, Doll said she left even more inspired after meeting KSU’s emerging nonprofit leaders. “The future is so bright,” she said, expressing gratitude to the MPA program that helped shape her path and continues to empower the next generation of changemakers.
