Yeju “Chloe” Choi

Yeju “Chloe” Choi is an Assistant Professor of Sociology specializing in Conflict Resolution at John Jay College of Criminal Justice at City University of New York. She completed her doctoral degree in International Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University.

Julia Farmer

Julia Farmer is the Director of Ombuds Services and serves all staff, faculty, and students as the Ombudsperson at University of West Georgia. She completed her M.S. in Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University and her PhD at UC-Berkeley.

Freddie Broome

Freddie Broome is Director of Equity & Inclusion at Georgia Municipal Association. After an impressive career and leadership in fire service, he earned a Master’s in Public Administration at Appalachian State University and a Master’s in Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University.

Naomi Day

Naomi Day is an attorney at Day Law Firm in Marietta, GA. She earned a Master’s in Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University and a Juris Doctorate at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

Sarah Cockrell

Sarah Cockrell is the Director of Employee Development & Culture at Georgia Institute of Technology, where she leads leadership development and workplace civility initiatives for faculty and staff. She holds a Master of Science in Conflict Management (MSCM) from Kennesaw State University and is dedicated to fostering leadership growth and a positive workplace culture.

25 Years of MSCM Excellence

On May 2nd, 2025, the Master of Science in Conflict Management (MSCM) Celebrated the 25 Anniversity of the Program at Kennesaw State Unniversity. For 25 years, the MSCM program has equipped graduates with marketable and highly sought-after skills for organizations domestically and internationally.
