I’m very excited to receive this scholarship named for my undergrad advisor Dr. Ridley! I’m very appreciative to be part of Cohort 25 of this program. Having faculty that are not just practitioners in the field but who are highly regarded and actively shaping the field is important to me. The first semester alone has expanded my understanding of the entire field of conflict management, and I’m very interested in learning more about all the different career paths that the field provides and contributing to the scholarship
