Jonathan Partridge is a senior financial services executive with nearly 30 years of experience across community banks, credit unions, fintech firms, and large national institutions ranging from $1B to $200B+ in assets. He has held executive leadership roles spanning strategy, operations, technology, and enterprise transformation, partnering closely with boards and CEOs to modernize organizations while preserving mission and culture. Jonathan serves on the Board of Advisors for Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business and is known for his practical, people-centered approach to leadership and his ability to translate industry change into clear, actionable insight for emerging professionals.
