About Theta Xi

Founded in 1864, Theta Xi has been providing a fraternal experience for its active members in which fellowship with each other and alumni guidance lead to wholesome mental, moral, physical, and spiritual growth. To that end, Theta Xi actively supports and augments college and community efforts to make individual members at Kennesaw State University more mature and the chapter group a more useful unit of society. Through its alumni, National leadership programming and undergraduate student leadership, the Kennesaw chapter (Delta Beta) of Theta Xi Fraternity endeavors to assist each member to develop:

Intellectual curiosity that assures the highest scholarship rating consistent with his ability. Habits that lead to better mental and physical health. Sincerity in his association with others and confidence in himself. Responsibility to chapter, college, community, and country.

Theta Xi Crest.

Leadership that comes from practicing the principals of democratic self-government. Interests and activities outside regular scholastic studies that employ spare time to advantage. Spiritual understanding that provides a reservoir of strength to draw upon when faced with conditions beyond comprehension.

The Theta Xi chapter at Kennesaw State University was started in the Fall semester of 2018 with our first founding class of 22 members. Since then, the chapter has earned its charter and is rapidly growing due to its focus on leadership development, scholastic achievement, social events and philanthropic service to the community and University. The brothers of Theta Xi are active in all aspects of student life at Kennesaw State University.
