Bootcamp - OwlFit Group Fitness
Bootcamp is an interval training workout, using moderate-high intensity exercises that help you develop physical and mental stamina. Bootcamp will help you improve your cardiovascular fitness, total body strength, and core endurance.Splash n' Dash - OwlFit Group Fitness (Cancelled)
Splash N Dash is a 30-minute, fun, fast paced water workout designed to fit into busy schedules. Each day has a different focus combining cardio, core, and strength training from a dedicated aquatic fitness professional. In case of inclement weather - class will be moved to the indoor pool at the Student Recreation and Activities Center.Strength Circuits - OwlFit Group Fitness
