The mission of Health Promotion and Wellness is to improve the balance of the intellectual, emotional, physical, social, environmental, and spiritual development of students through awareness and education.
To support a healthy learning environment for students, Health Promotion and Wellness offers a variety of services and programs at a free or discounted cost. The programs and services offered support students’ overall wellness through health education workshops and events including, but not limited to, stress management programs, nutrition consultations and workshops, risk reduction education, CPR certification, and more.

Cooking Demo: Breakfast Burritos
Craving your restaurant favorites, but lack the cash? Wishing the drive thru was just a little healthier? Then come to our next cooking demo when we will be making Breakfast Burritos! This is a great recipe for meal prep! And watch for our other recipes this year in our Copy Cat Cooking Demos! Cooking demos are a hands-on class where you will learn how to make delicious and budget-friendly meals! Space is limited and registration is required. RSVPs will open about a week before the demo. Join the Peer Health OWLs and take a moment to be mindful and destress with plants! Participants will get to choose what type of seeds they would like to plant, and receive instructions on how to take care of it while supplies last!Condom Concierge
For the health of our students, the university provides condoms to KSU students upon request. Orders can be placed the first day of class through the last day of final exams each semester. When notified, students can pick up their order in the following locations: Student Recreation and Activities Center, suite 1200 located on the Kennesaw Campus Joe Mack Wilson Student Center, suite 260 on the Marietta Campus On campus residents can now pick up their orders at the Talon Express Lockers on either campus We encourage students to take the time to meet with a Health Educator to ask questions or share concerns regarding sexual health.
