Help Shape Professional Development at KSU

The Training Needs Assessment Survey is now live! From September 29 – October 22, all staff are invited to provide input on training and professional development at KSU. 

The survey will take about 10–15 minutes and will help the Human Resources Organizational Development & Training team: 

  • Understand campus-wide training needs
  • Tailor offerings to your role and career goals
  • Build new resources to support staff and leaders
