About High Impact Leaders Program

This year long program is designed to provide early to mid-career faculty and staff with development to prepare them for future opportunities within KSU. This program will consist of defined leadership curriculum, internal and external guest speakers, practical hands-on sessions, and more!

Eligibility Criteria

Faculty and Staff: Early to mid-career professionals.
Performance: Must have satisfactory performance evaluations.
Tenure: Must be with KSU for at least 2 years.
Employment Status: Full-time employees.

Nomination Process

Help us shape the future of Kennesaw State by nominating outstanding faculty or staff for this prestigious program.

Get to know the nomination process through our flyer. Our process is simple and ensures the selection of 24 exceptional participants committed to growth and leadership.

Please submit the first and last name of the dean/cabinet member making the submission and the first and last name of the person being nominated in the form to the right to start their journey today!

Cabinet members and deans nominate participants for the program. Nominations should be sent to HILP@kennesaw.edu.

Nominees will be contacted to confirm interest and, if so, they must submit a letter of interest.

Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee. A total of 24 participants will be chosen.

The 24 selected faculty and staff will be notified via email and invited to the Program Kickoff.
