RSO Re-Registration
The Registered Student Organization (RSO) Re-Registration process is now open for all existing RSOs. The entire process must be completed by all RSOs by September 30 to stay active at KSU. Re-Registration is how you gain reservation access if you've been waiting for that. This process includes:
- An Owl Life Re-Registration form to be filled out by a student* listed as a member on the Owl Life roster
- Online Student Organization Training to be completed by student officers**
- Online Advisor Agreement form to be completed by the KSU advisor
- At least 1 student must attend the RSO Conference on Sunday, September 8th & RSVP by September 3rd
The full process and instructions for all steps are attached and linked to the Student Activities website.
Please forward this to the new student leaders. If you have a new president who is not on the organization's Owl Life have them email rsosupport@kennesaw.edu or invite them to the roster as a member.
*NOTE: Re-Registration submissions from advisors will be denied as only students can submit Re-Registration information. Please remind your students advisors.
**NOTE: If you already completed the 18-19 online training as a new officer this summer, you will still need to complete the updated 19-20 online training by September 30 to maintain access to privileges, such as reservation access.
RSO Conference
Attendance at the RSO Conference is required for at least one student from each RSO. A new component for this year's conference is an optional pre-conference hosted by Student Leadership and Service. The purpose of the pre-conference will be to introduce the foundations of student organization leadership. Topics to be covered include team building, identifying barriers to success, and strategic planning. The pre-conference will be held Sunday, September 8th at 10am on the Marietta Campus. More details will be made available soon.
