The Coles College Leadership Scholars Program brings together exceptional business students and faculty to work on unique and challenging opportunities through a coordinated multi-year program focused on leadership development, integrated and international studies, community engagement, and mentorship.

Applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria

• Academic performance and motivation
• Evidence of exemplary leadership and communication skills
