KSU Reservations Portal

The Departments of Event and Venue Management, Student Activities, and the Office of the Registrar are excited to announce the launch of the new KSU Reservations Portal, the new academic scheduling and event management system, which will replace the current EMS system.  The new scheduling tool will simplify booking rooms and organizing events with its intuitive search tools. It enables you to easily check space availability, submit event requests, and express schedule simple meetings with a responsive layout that adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.

Instructional Steps to Request Access to the New KSU Reservations Portal

  • Watch the training video on the new KSU Reservations Portal using this OwlTrain link.

  • Download a copy of the certificate from your OwlTrain Completed Certificates.  

    NOTE: If you do not see your certificate, make sure you have completed the entire video.

  • Email service@kennesaw.edu with your training certificate attached. Use "Reservations Access" as the subject
    OR
    Submit a ticket to Request Access to the Portal by going to kennesaw.service-now.com and selecting Technology.

  • Select Application Access Request.

  • Select KSU Reservations Portal (25Live) from the Application drop down.

  • In the Please provide details below, enter See attached Certificate for the details and use the Add attachments button to upload a copy of your training Certificate.

  • When finish, select Submit.

  • Your request will be sent to UITS support to grant your access. You will receive an email once this has been completed.
