Creating a positive work-life balance is very important to Kennesaw State University. We have a variety of programs, resources and events that will support both your physical and mental wellness!
Kennesaw State University Employee Wellness is here to serve you! Our goals are to increase the health and well-being of all KSU employees through a systematic effort of enhancing wellness through education, behavioral change and cultural support. Programs include the Employee Fitness Center, Employee Assistance Program, Yoga, Diabetes Prevention, and Nutrition Counseling among others.
Kennesaw State has 3 fitness centers available. The Dr. Betty L. Siegel Student Recreation and Activities Center on the Kennesaw campus, the Recreation and Wellness Center on the Marietta campus and the Employee Fitness Center at KSU Center.
All of the centers require a membership and a variety of options are available.
Additionally, during some school breaks, local fitness centers will offer complimentary access. Keep an eye on KSU Today for information when that occurs.
