This invaluable training focuses on the specific root drivers of conflict within foster care dynamics, resolution tools to minimize conflict, enhancement of communication skills, active listening, emotional regulation, and collaborative problem-solving. Participants will learn to recognize the impact of trauma on behavior, set consistent boundaries, and use restorative practices and conflict coaching to rebuild trust and relationships with traumatized foster children.
