Schedule and Class Descriptions

Mind and Body

  •  is a full body conditioning program that blends cardio, strength training, Pilates, and stretching to maximize results.
  • is a Pilates class held outside by the outdoor pool. Bask in the sun as you do your typical Pilates routine and feel free to take occasional dips in the pool. Focus on form and alignment to help you master the Pilates fundamentals, so that you can get the most out of your workout as you become more advanced.
  • is a form of Pilates performed on a machine known as a reformer. This class is more intense and dynamic than a typical Pilates class due to the addition of resistance springs and is low impact enough to be accessible to anyone.

Strength and Conditioning

  • is a class concentrating highly on the abdominals, lower back, and lower body, this challenging but fun workout is for all fitness levels.

  • is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting environment. Based on the principles that a workout should be "fun and easy to do". The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

  • is a mix of all your favorite hip hop, pop and international songs and rhythms all in one class! Hear your favorite songs while dancing your favorite moves for a dynamic, fun filled, cardio and dance fitness class! Get ready because it’s time to WERK!
  • is everything you love about a traditional Zumba class while enjoying it in the pool. Based on the principles that a workout should be "fun and easy to do,” this class will offer the added resistance of water but be easier on joints. Get your bathing suits and get to the pool!

  • is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Cycle Rush is everything you love about cycling in 45 minutes and Cycle Express is a 30-minute version.
  • is an instructional and high energy class. Learn proper boxing technique that you will apply in practical situations. Each class will include a variety of bag work, shadowboxing, partner work, footwork, cardio, and other strength-based exercises. Personal boxing gloves are recommended.

*arrive 15 minutes early for a 1-on-1 bike fitting with the instructor. Please bring a water bottle and towel to this class.
