An Academic Year License Agreement covers housing for the fall and spring semesters within a given academic year. A student with an Academic Year License Agreement would move in during our August Move-In and move out after final exams in May. An Academic Year Agreement does not grant the student ten months of housing from the date the Agreement is signed. Students must move out of their unit by the move-out date given in early May. An Academic Year License Agreement is available for the following communities:

Housing Payments are paid through the student's Owl Express account and with the Bursar's Office. You can find more information about the Bursar's Office on its website.
Use our Payment Plan Guide to help you sign up for a payment plan with the Bursar's Office. The Payment Plan information is available online and the specific deadlines for each semester can be found on the Bursar’s website. To enroll, please log into Owl Express, select the Student Services tab, and click “Housing Payment Plan”.
All residential students will see the $100 residential programming in Owl Express. This fee used to be paid during Room Selection, the final step of the Housing Application process. This fee goes toward planning educational and engaging programs for residential students, as well as funding residential leadership and service initiatives, including the Residence Hall Association, National Residence Hall Honorary and community councils.
