Optional enrollment in Student Health Insurance is available through UHCSR to all current students during the SHIP open enrollment periods.

To enroll in the voluntary plan on the UHCSR website, search in the text box for Kennesaw State University and then click “Explore Policy” on the Medical – Domestic Voluntary no SHC Referral tile. Next, click on “Get Started” and then, “Continue as a Guest” below the blue log in button to start the enrollment process.

Voluntary enrollment with UHCSR is best completed in the following steps:

1. Purchase Domestic Voluntary no SHC Referral plan
2. Create an account
3. Print ID Card

UNITED HEALTHCARE – KENNESAW STATE UNIVERSITY SHIP

Use the below form if you have experienced a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) and wish to enroll in the SHIP plan for the remainder of the current coverage period. Examples of QLEs are a change in marital status, birth of a child, job loss or loss of coverage due to age.
